Cancellation Policy
Privacy Notice:
Thank you for doing business with me, I acknowledge that personal information will be given and I will not share this information with anyone. I will guard our relationship with great care.
The booking system I use adheres to PCI data security standards assuring that your information is kept private at checkout as well.
Booking Policy (NEW CLIENTS):
Due to the increasing amount of no shows and last minute cancellations I have put this policy into place. I respect your business and ask for you to please respect my time. When you no call/no show or cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time I am not given an ample amount of time to fill the spot that was previously booked. In order to book your service I require a $45 non refundable deposit that will go towards the final amount of your service booked. For the appointment to be scheduled this deposit MUST be paid.
Cancellation policy:
Your appointments are very important to me. It is reserved especially for you. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control and necessary adjustments need to be made and emergencies do happen. Therefore, I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Please note that a 24 hour notice will save you from a cancellation fee.
STRICT & ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY – Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. There is a automatic confirmation 24-48 hours in advance that is sent via text or email. You are responsible for confirming the appointment as well as cancelling the appointment in the proper amount time to avoid the cancellation fee. Since the service(s) booked are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 30% flat rat for ANY appointments.
Same day cancellations & “NO SHOWS” will be charged 75% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made with less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and there is a need to cancel, the client MUST cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or a flat fee of $35 will be charged.
- CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY CALLING OR THROUGH THE BOOKING SYSTEM.
LATE/TARDY POLICY:
I will make every effort I can to accommodate late clients whether it be running behind, stuck in traffic, etc AS LONG AS I AM GIVEN THE PROPER NOTICE. Things happen and I understand! However tardiness affects the remainder of my schedule by possibly delaying remaining clients appointments who come in on time. For this reason I have set a few general rules for such situations. Clients will be given a grace period, after 20 minutes the appointment may be canceled or considered a “NO-SHOW”, and will still require the 75% service charge. If being late means the client has to forgo a portion of their services they will still be charged for the services that are performed PLUS a 50% service charge for those that were booked but did not have the proper time to be performed due to tardiness.
In order to book your next appointment all service charges MUST be paid in full or the charge will be added to your next appointment.
I do my best to stay on time so no one is forced to wait for their appointment time or be rushed because of time circumstances. Your time is just as valuable as mine.
Please understand that these policies allow me the time to inform standby guests of any availability as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
